your welcome yes may 2010 be the year would br great be preggy together im taking small steps,fitness weight loss to aid better health. any thing else i can be doing prepare my body do fill me in please. i havnt got a clue? now i dont have to have that big operation for fibroids things can move quicker which is truly blessing from our god. a lovely surprise for me to. any tips what say rheumy im nervy about bringing it up lol silly really! melly cuddly cats make my world seem so much more fun

I will help as much as I can! You really need to just tell rheumy (rather than ask permission) that you're planning to conceive and want to come off MTX. I am sure they will help as much a spossible and will monitor you throughout etc. I'll let you know what my herbalist says next week too...but a good brand of folic acid or those special supplements like; http://www.naturesbest.c...;utm_campaign=Pregnancy

My friend used to do the pillow under bottom and raise legs on a few pillows as well - just getting gravity to help with the swimming I think!
